HOW TO USE:
Place 1 teaspoon of tea in a container (teapot or heat resistant jug) and pour over 1 litre of boiling water.
Allow to infuse for 5 - 7 minutes.
Strain and enjoy hot or chilled.
Optional: Add a slice of lemon or a squeeze of juice to the jug of tea.
Drink as required throughout the day.
