Incorrect/Missing Items

We are still a small business and we are not perfect, so mistakes do happen but here at Luxe Lifestyle Zone we do take full responsibility. If you have received wrong or missing items please contact us at luxelifestyezone@gmail.com with name, order number, as well as a screenshot of your order summary along with proof of what items were missing or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right because we appreciate the support and trust you have put in us. 

Note: Products must NOT show any signs of being worn/used to be considered for any exchange.

Refunds/Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products and the health of our customers ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless you have received the wrong item, if so contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
